How I can book?

 

To book directly with us, use the form above to tell us the dates you wish to book. Once we receive your message we will contact you to confirm the rental price (considering the deals we have in effect at that time) and provide a draft lease and all information necessary to make your stay in our apartment to your liking.

 

If you prefer, you can also book through AirBnB or HomeAway. Note, however, that prices through these agencies are slightly higher than those we offer and that you can only benefit from our great deals if you book directly with us.

How I can check if the apartment is available on the dates that interest me?

 

Use the calendar above. When "Busy" appears on a given day it means that the apartment is already booked from 12am the day in question until 12am the next day.

 

How much would it cost to rent the apartment?

 

If you want to estimate the total cost, please refer to the price table. In case of doubt, do not hesitate to contact us through the contact form and we will send you the final price.  

 

What to do to guarantee the reservation?

 

To guarantee the reservation you must make a payment of 50% of the total rental cost. Note that this payment is not refundable under any circumstances. The remaining 50% will have to be payed not later than 15 days before the start of the rental period, plus a 200 € deposit which will be refunded at the end of the stay if there has been no damage attributable to the tenants, which are sure will be the case.
